2019 ENT congress in Marrakech: Dr Fatogoma Issa Koné’s team wins the prize for best oral communication

It is during the 42nd National Congress of the Moroccan Society of ENT, held in Marrakesh, from the 22nd to the 24th of March 2019, that Dr. Fatogoma Issa Koné, assistant professor at the FMOS and his team won the prize for the best oral communication .

This Joint Congress (Moroccan ENT Society and ENT Society of Francophone Africa), was organized by the Moroccan Society of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery (SMORL). The presentation which earned this honorific award to the Malian society of ENT, the FMOS and the whole of Mali, is entitled: “: “Myringoplasty without detachment tympano-mala flap in Mali: What perspective? “.

According to our information, more than a hundred African specialists and medical experts in otorhinolaryngology (ENT) took part in this major scientific event.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Odonto-Stomatology (FMOS), Prof. Seydou Doumbia reiterates his congratulations and encouragement to Dr Koné and the entire ENT team. For him, this award, beyond reward and personal work, honors all teachers and the entire Faculty.
