Réunion 2020 du Conseil d’Administration de la WHA : L’Afrique reprsentée par le Dr Alioune B. Coulibaly

Élu il y a deux mois en tant que représentant de l’Afrique, le Dr Alioune B. Coulibaly, de la 7ème promotion du Master en Santé Communautaire du Département de l’Enseignement et de la Recherche en Santé Publique (DERSP), a participé à la réunion annuelle du Conseil d’Administration de la World Hepatitis Alliance (l’Alliance Mondiale contre l’Hépatite-WHA), tenue du 12 au 13 février 2020 à Londres.

Cette réunion a été une excellente occasion pour les membres du Conseil d’Administration de la WHA de partager leurs connaissances, en vue d’amplifier la voix des patients, pour l’atteinte des objectifs assignés. L’Alliance mondiale contre l’hépatite (WHA) est une organisation internationale non gouvernementale connue pour son rôle de défenseur et de sensibilisation en faveur de l’élimination de l’hépatite virale.

L’organisation représente 249 membres de 84 pays à travers le monde. La WHA entretient de relations officielles avec l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) et détient le statut consultatif auprès du Conseil économique et social des Nations Unies (ECOSOC).  

World Hepatitis Alliance 2020 Board meeting: Dr. Alioune B. Coulibaly represented Africa

Elected two months ago as the representative of Africa, Dr Alioune B. Coulibaly, from the 7th promotion of the Master in Community Health of the Department of Teaching and Research in Public Health (DERSP), Participated in the annual Board Meeting of the World Hepatitis Alliance (WHA), held from February 12 to 13, 2020 in London.

This meeting was a great opportunity for the WHA Board members to catch up, share knowledge, and ensure they were doing everything they can to support each other, amplify the patient voice, and work together to achieve main goals.

The World Hepatitis Alliance (WHA) is an international non-governmental organisation best known for its role in advocating and awareness-raising for the elimination of viral hepatitis. The organisation represents 249 members from 84 countries worldwide. WHA holds official relations status at the World Health Organization (WHO), and consultative status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
